Lawyer (f/m/d) Senior Associate | Counsel

With more than 20 lawyers across several offices, we advise national and international clients, from healthcare providers and companies in the healthcare economy through to start-ups, investors, institutions and associations.

For our Hamburg office we are looking for an experienced lawyer to take on an independent role as Senior Associate or Counsel, running matters on their own responsibility and willing to carry responsibility, with a clear path for development.

What matters to us:

  • Several years of relevant experience in healthcare or life sciences, ideally complemented by a particular professional qualification such as a specialist lawyer title, an LL.M. or a doctorate
  • The ability and the ambition to run matters independently and take on responsibility
  • An interest in helping to shape the business
  • A willingness to guide and support more junior colleagues
  • Ideally experience advising on practice acquisitions and sales or M&A transactions

Assistant | Paralegal (f/m/d)

Your role

  • Independently organising the day-to-day running of the office and providing legal assistance
  • Supporting our lawyers on demanding medical law matters
  • Managing deadlines and appointments with great care
  • Communicating with clients, courts, authorities, insurers and medical institutions
  • Drafting, editing and formatting pleadings, contracts and invoices
  • Digital file handling and document management

Your profile

  • Training as a paralegal (Rechtsanwaltsfachangestellte/r) or a comparable qualification
  • Ideally professional experience in a law firm or legal department
  • A careful, structured and dependable way of working
  • Confident use of MS Office
  • A friendly, professional manner and enjoyment of teamwork
  • An interest in legally demanding matters in healthcare

Legal traineeship (Referendariat) / research assistant (f/m/d)

Choose a traineeship placement or a position as a research assistant at one of our offices in Hamburg, Berlin, Munich or Dortmund. You will be fully involved in how our firm works and will work in a team with experienced colleagues on current matters. From the very start you will take on tasks on your own responsibility and gain insight into practical work as a lawyer.
